AeroTrakr.com is available on a subscription basis. As a new subscriber your first three months of your subscription is a free trial period. In addition initial setup for your aircraft is free.
How to get started:
It is easy to get started. Just click this link to send an email indicating that you want to see our price list. We are sure you will want to put your airplane on AeroTrakr when you see how little it costs so we will send our price list and an Aircraft Setup form for you to complete and email back to us. Initial setup includes uploading a picture of your airplane, an equipment list and the current ADs for your airplane make and model. This will take about one week if we already have your aircraft model in our system.
For a limited time we will help you load some maintenance history. Send us up to two previous years of maintenance history for one airplane and we will make the appropriate enteries in AeroTrakr. You will need to send us photo copies or scanned copies of your maintenance log books along with a copy of your airplane's equipment list from your POH.
Current ADs from the FAA web site are downloaded monthly so you or your maintenance shop can "select" and "add" them to your aircraft's list of "Notices". You or your maintenance shop can easily load other "Notices" (SBs and SLs or even ADs) as required if they are not already on AeroTrakr.
You and Your Maintenance Shop can make your own entries.
As soon as possible after we receive your completed AeroTrakr Aircraft Setup form we will get the basic data loaded so that you and your maintenance shop can then enter flights, maintenance and inspection activity as you see fit. In as little time as a week after receiving copies of your maintenance log book entries (depending on the aircraft) you will be able to view that maintenance history on-line as well as the AD notice compliance history that we have entered for your airplane from your maintenance records. You or your maintenance shop will be able to enter maintenance for your aircraft as it occurs. If you want us to do it, we will enter and update your maintenance and inspection activity as it happens during the year for an additional fee.
The AeroTrakr subscription and fee price list will be sent to you as soon as you send us an email requesting it. All subscriptions are for a minimum one year term and are billed on an annual basis. As soon as we recieve your email we will send our price list and an account setup form so you can get started using AeroTrakr.com
